How to change on-line room to "no vote"

After setting up my room, whenever I want to change tracks it goes to "vote". I can't find anywhere in the settings that will allow me to change it and I don't recall setting it to "vote" when I initially set up the room.
How do I change it to "no vote" ?

There's two ways of changing track in an online lobby in GT6.

Change Track Vote
and
Lobby Settings

The first option is far left of the screen next to Start Race.

The second option is in the lobby settings at the other end of the menu - this is not just for when you open the lobby but when you change anything thereafter. Such as track and PP regulations.
