I bought a T300 in the U.S. but my country is using 220V.
How do I change the wiring from 110v to 220v?

Cable wiring changes are required, not buying new cables or using the Step Down Voltage Transformer Converter.
Many people need your help.

I'm 99.9% sure the power supply in the T300 works for either 110v or 220v and it just needs the relevant cable rather than any form of transformer or modifications.

However, please check with Thrustmaster support directly for advice as you are dealing with electrics and I'm sure you don't want to make a mistake and damage your wheel or cause a fire.

The base supports both and it is done by the cable using different combinations of pins on the 4-pin power connector.

It is not possible to modify the cable safely, if at all. And I haven't seen those plugs anywhere, to make a replacement cable.

Thrustmaster sell the cables and all things considered that's the only sane option.

Yes, indeed the cable os the only difference between countries. The internal transformer is the same, but the custom cable is sold only by TM. It shouldn't be that expensive to buy one. Worst case scenario you can find an electronica guy and rewire the internal cable, but that's far from optimal.
