How to convert a save from english to another M5 lang?

Hello,

I ask if any of you know a way to convert an english PS2 save file to another M5 lang?

I found a post on reddit about it. I tried it but it doesn't work the way post says.

If some of you can help me in that would be so nice.

There's a language flag in the save that needs to be changed, then the checksum at the end of the save needs to be updated to match otherwise the game will consider the save corrupted. I don't recall the exact offset, but create a new save on both English and the other language, and that flag should be the only difference.

I can upload an archive with blank files and the one I need to port in my language.

I asked to some friends to try but they told me there are too much difference not just a flag.

I found another solution thanks to a guy on another bay :)

It doesn't patch the save, force the loaded english save to displays the lang I want and that's so cool
