It can't be traded. You just need to click on all your friends profiles and see if they have one available in their online garage. If they do then you can choose to drive it and even modify it if you like although those mods will disappear when you get into another car (I think).

Is there a straight list of what cars show up on what days out there somewhere? This is a car I've been hunting for quite some time now.

Still nothing, always errors even when I advance it a day or three.

I thought that maybe it was the R390 that it didn't like so I tried a few other cars, but always got the same result.
