How to get all Nurburgring tracks without golding AMG schools

I am asking this because I can not get the 'dry full lap' with the SLS any faster than 7:05:900 (my controller died at that moment, I was that frustrated).

I seriously hope you can get the 24 hour tracks some other way or else it is a major slap in the face. There are few tracks as it is.
