Sorry, but I think there is a little miss-information in this thread.
The UCD does not completely refresh each time you do a race. The UCd works like this...
The UCD holds 30 cars. Each time the
in game date advances by 1 day (check the upper right corner of the home screen), the bottom six cars in the UCD are removed, and six new cars are added to the top. So, in order to completely refresh the UCD, you need to advance the game by five days.
There are a number of different
in game triggers that cause the in game date to advance. These triggers include doing races, doing license tests, entering online lobbies, and maybe one or two others that I can't think of right now.
The
fastest way to refresh the UCD is like this:
Load any license test. Once the loading is finished, enter the actual test. Press START, and exit the test back to the test menu. Re-enter the test, START, exit, repeat. Do this a total of five times (6 cars refresh each time, 5x6=30, hence you do this process 5 times to completely refresh the UCD). Once you have done the process 5 times, exit out of the license test back to the home menu, and check the UCD. You should see 30 new cars in the UCD. By following this process, you can completely refresh the UCD in about 5-10 minutes.
So, check the UCD for the cars you are looking for, the go back to the license test, load, enter/exit 5 times, exit to home screen, check UCD...rinse and repeat to your hearts content
