Ok, sorry if i raised your hope too much. But take my advice and download the just released QBert and Sony will probably see that classics sell and give us more of them.

I know QBert isn't the best classic game but it costs as an ice cream so it's not a big sacrifice really.

What classics do you want to see?

Not sure where this thread is going but I got QBert today, and I have to say that "My god its hard" just like the original. Games I would love to see on the PS3 Classic's are:

Beneath A Steel Sky (ive got it on PC its great)
Monkey Island
Monkey Island 2
Exile (amiga classic)
Walker " "
Cannon Fodder
many other's If they decide to do this as a major part of the PSN, then I would love to see some of these games.

Is this a 'new' release for the Europe Online Store? Just asking because I've had it downloaded for some time now... (US Store)

I don't know what classic consoles Sony has the rights to? The Wii has Sega, Nintendo e.t.c. I'd love to see the Wonder Boy games for the old Master System. I tried Super Mario Bros for the Wii and believe it or not, that 20 year old game still rocks :D

I would kill to see more ps1 classics, the list right now is rather sorry but thankfully all the ps1 games I've been buying used work like a charm :) I would also like to see some games like Pacman or Tetris but I doubt they have the rights to those:indiff:

ps1 games is very cheap aftermarket now :)

the thing is theres a good chance that any ps1 classics that come in the ps store will also be usable on the PSP which is a very good thing when you start thinking of games like GT2 and the NFS series

Pacman is on both XBLA and Virtual Console, so it's up to Namco to put it up on the PS Store. Will it happen? Probably. When? Dunno.
