Is there any way to get more dlc paint?

like the multiple of 60 shizzle for chromes?

Yes, the only legit way to get more of them is buy the whole pack over and over again. It's quite a ridiculous system that most fans seem to defend for some reason.

The only other way is to use duping. Create a backup. Paint your car with the desired colour. Send it to a trusted friend or your second account. Restore your game. Send the car back. You now have 2 copies of your car, 1 painted the desired colour and you still have the colour to use again.
The receiving account does not get the paint chip as would normally happen, it will get the cars original paint chip.
So you can't own multiple copies of the colour without buying multiple paint packs but you can dupe the colour onto multiple cars.

You could always make an alt account and that will get 1 of each paint. Use the USB trick to paint and send a car to your main and then keep the car. Only a suggestion. I personally have bought it 5 times.

You need a USB drive.
First: Put the USB stick in your PS3 and upload your game save to it.
Second: Go in game and do something that would involve sending/losing something.
Third: Exit the game and copy the game save from the USB. Overwrite the last game save.
Fourth: Duped.

That is what I do,the problem is the send limit so you might have to wait a day
