How to get my Black Ops 2 gamplay on youtube??

I cannot seem to get this right...

-I have saved an edited gameplay footage on my Xbox (3min worth)
-I have gotten on my Elite website both on the counsoul and computer and linked youtube to Call Of Duty
-I go to my YouTube account and dont see anything even remotely on getting my video
-When Im on my Elite profile I can see there is a video section in the "Vault" but nothing is there.

Am I doing it wrong or is it broken
 
After you save your clip you want yo upload, go to your edited films and select that clip. To upload it, you have to select "render video." Now im not sure if the option is available right away. If its not then i think you have to watch the full clip and then try doing it.


EDIT- turns out the option is available from the start. I have not tested it but its exactly how i used to do it on mw3
 
Sorry for the double post but i tried uploading something today after i posted. it worked and its on my vault, but it didnt upload to my youtube. To be perfectly honest i could have sworn i linked it before but i cant recall. It did upload to youtube, but to the user 360CODBlackOps2.

Maybe i didnt link my account, or maybe they have everything route to that? Im a bit confused now as well.

Side Note - i always see you on, we should get some games going. I have a mic but if im not using it its most likely because theres to much noise or my gf has music going. Invite me if you ever need a spot filler
 
Thanx for the help..I have gotten "closer" to doing it right..I noticed my 'render video' was dark and wouldnt activate..My video was too long..I narrowed the highlights down to under 2 min and hit 'render video'..This took some time to do..I got a meter bar on the screen. Once it filled up I got the prompt "you video is succesful bla bla bla"..But when I went to my Elite website there still wasnt any video in my vault. I checked my youtube account and there wasnt anything there...On my way to work I got an email on my phone congratulating me on a upload..So Im going to check tonight to see..And as far as gaming goes...All I play is Hardcore Kill Confirmed right now..If your up for that Ill invite ya....
 
Tomorrow im going to try linking my youtube again and try it out.

Everything you did sounds about right. The yellow bar is normal, i think its the upload process. Whats weird about my video is that it uploaded to a shared yourube account, where i guess all unlinked videos go to, and that it also uploaded with no sound. So ima delete that clip and re upload a different video after I link my account.

If i get that done correctly before you happen to try it out ill let you know exactly what i did.

Also, if you happen to play anything else besides Hardcore let me know. Hc started frustrating me so i stopped playing it lol.


Edit - So I got mine to upload to my youtube account correctly, it turned out mine wasnt linked before. I went by the same steps you last posted, so it seems that is the corrrect way to get it done. It didnt go up right away though, it took a little bit. Ima post the clip i did.


Whats odd is that it still didntupload sound.

Haha what do you mean people like me? I use the sniper rifle so much im absolutely horrible with regular weapons lol.
 
Sniper rifles........I cannot even get a kill when I find a camper with his back to me and 10 seconds to line up my shot, LOL.

Watching videos like yours really shows how big the hit-zones are when using a sniper rifle, I know COD isn't about realism but some of those shots were straight up not even close, yet still got the kill.....

1st kill, not even close.
2nd kill, close kill but at least the crosshairs were on the enemy
3rd kill, looked to be off but enemy seemed to move into the shot, ok
4th shot, luck through smoke
5th shot, looks accurate
6th shot, don't even know what went on there, speechless, looks as if the shot ricocheted off the hood of the car and killed the enemy, WTF!
7th, point blank accurate, ok
8th, accurate hit, ok
9th, not even close
10th, another ridiculous shot
11th, seemed like a legit hit, ok
12th, acceptable shot, ok
13th, accurate, ok

Not hating on you, just like seeing some actual sniper footage and how ridiculous they can be, 4/13 kills were 'WTF' kills so the ratio isn't as bad as it feels when playing based on your footage.

Rant/jealousy over!
 
Haha i totally know what you mean. In game though it is actually lined up much better, the thing thats making it look like that is mostly because of lag. If it was me actually playing and not a recording of me then the shots that looked off would most def not be kills.

You know whats weird though.. That kill through smoke.. There was no smoke when actually playing lol.
 
That is odd, I rarely watch any replays so maybe stuff like this happens often? Funny, a game that dominates with popularity and sales yet has so many poorly executed aspects, oh well at least the game can be entertaining.

I go to the theater alot, so ive noticed alot of weird things. Like those shots that are off.. If the game is laggy enough and then i check the replay in theater i notice that some people i kill arent in my crosshairs while aiming, but after i shoot them the bodys warp to the place i shot. That invisible smoke happens often, both in game and replays.

I had gotten the final kill with a quickscope The other day, and while in game the crosshair was directly on the body. When i checked the replay it showed it barely skimming his arm, and the guy wasnt even in the same place as in game. Probably has to do with my connection lol

Somehow I'm always getting shot by people walking around corners and stuff, they just happen to be there and get the easy way to kill me.

Well it finaly worked for me....It took a little bit for youtube to get it and then I had to FIND it in my youtube...(kinda in a weird spot)..Figured it would be on a front page but had to go to my upload section to find it..Anyway here is the final result....I cant for the life of me figure out how to put the video on this site. I tried to "wrap" it with all kinda codes but cant do it...so here is the link

Im jealous that your videos upload with sound. I wonder whats wrong with mine.
 
Yeah it does, although I cant recall if it did during the upload process. I have uploaded two different videos. The first one I tried uploading twice, and both times had no sound. The second one, which I posted, has no sound as well.

When you where uploading yours, when the yellow bar on the screen does it have sound?
 
For one I dont think the bar was yellow..I remember you said that before but when I clicked on 'render video" a wide bar came on the bottom the whole lenght of my tv and slowwwlly filled up. I believe the color of the bar turned to red....maybe that is your problem....

While it was doing this there was no sound coming out of my speakers..The gameplay was playing but it was very glitchy and dark so I didnt watch it..I do know it seemed to take longer to upload a 2 min video that to play the enitre game..BUT this could be because I may or maynot had my surround sound system on/up with this going on...When I was trying to do all this I have a tendency of not turning everything on....
