How to get my PS2 Game save on my PS3?

I searched... and searched and cant find a clear answer.

I have a GT4 game save on my PS2 HDD, which I can transfer to a Memory card if needed. But I want to play GT4 on my PS3 again (yes I have the 80gig BC version).

How can I get my PS2 GT4 game save on my PS3? IS it even possible?

You can buy a memory card adapter to plug PS2 card into yor PS3.
 
Thank you. Didnt know these existed. After a quick search on Amazon I notice there are a quite few different manufacturers, can anyone recommend me a good cheap one?

Well I used a third party cheap one & it corrupted some save files (luckily GT4 was OK). Therefore I would recommend the genuine Sony article.
