How to get non in-game Community to load in English?

I've just now for the first time tried to use the GT6 Community feature not in the actual game. My account logged me in fine on both my phone and PS3 browser, but my Community account and only it loaded in Japenese.
The login was in English, all of the settings were set to English but the account randomly loaded in Japanese.
