How to get raindrops in photos

Hoping this isn't the wrong section, how to get raindrops in photos? I just started racing under the rain, but when shooting some photos, the raindrops are never there.
Is there a setup i need to use when shooting? Is it possible to capture raindrops at all?

I was only able to take a photo with only a few little drops not really RAINdrops...

yups...

i just don't take rain photo's anymore ... even though the spray can be fun to shoot sometimes
