Try going into the Market Place and either ask to trade for one or see if anyone has one to spare that maybe they will just give you for free.

Do what CargoRat said above or go to http://gt5cars.net/used_car_searches/new and find out when it will show up in your used car dealership. I suggest CargoRat's way though as it is probably going to be a much easier way of finding it.

The same way you get every single car in this game, that isn't in the 'Dealership'. Used car dealer.
Excluding prize cars, DLC, online dealer and trade/gifting.
