how to get the trueno shigeno gt7

How do I obtain the Toyota Trueno (Shigeno Version) in GT7??? I've been looking all over online and can't find anything. I can't find the car anywhere in game and can't figure out how to get the car.

It was there not long ago, so chances are it'll be a while until it reappears.

It seems pretty rare - I think I’ve only seen it twice. Bought it the second time because I didn’t know when I’d get another chance.
