How to increase HP after upgrading parts (ZR1 RM)

Hey People! I've bought a Vette ZR1, I modified it (RM), I bought all racing parts. It's very fast. The thing is that I've seen Vipers that are like 1100hp.. And I believe that amount of hp cannot be achieved only by upgrading parts... So I wonder if someone can help me..

P.s. Some people say that the oil change help increasing the car HP.. But I've been doing that with my Vette and nothing change.. The HP is the same... So please, HEELP!! :scared:
 
Different cars have different max HP.

If you let the engine break in by doing some miles in the car, you will see a tiny upgrade in the maximun power though.
 
The maximum hp for that ZR1 is going to be 905 hp. It might seem low compared to the Vipers, but trust me, an RM ZR1 can more than hold its own against a Viper in this game.👍
