does anyone have some way on how to increase their vertical leap?

right now i just do toe raises, but i'm sure theres more ways to increase my vertical. i also jump as high as i can 10 times before i got 2 bed.

i'm wondering if you guys have any other ways of increasing verticals. right now its basketball for my school and i'm hoping to come out with some ground shaking blocks.

and my vertical is more than 2 feet or so right now, but i'm not really sure, but that sounds about right for me. being 13 and having a vertical of that height sounds pretty good to me.

Deep Knee Bends --- Be standing. Slowly bend at the knees while keeping your back straight. Slowly crouch down as low as possible (it shouldn't hurt) and slowly rise back up. Do this 15 times. Over time increase to 20, 30, etc.

Deep Knee Bend Jumps --- Be standing. Crouch down as described above but fairly quickly, almost touching your bottom to the ground, then explode upwards as high as you can. The moment you land, immediately crouch and launch back up again. Do this 15 times, and when you can, increase to 20, 30, etc.

Toe Raises --- Stand regularly, then raise up onto the tips of your toes. Lower back down. Don't just rock up and down, do it slowly (not too slowly) but steadily. Repeat 30-50 times.

Toe-Raise with Weights --- If you have any sort of weights, holding/wearing them while doing these toe raises will help. Use small weights (a mere 5 or 10 pounds is fine) and work your way up.

Jumping Rope--- Jumping rope definitely helps your vertical leap. Jump rope while watching tv or something. Make it a habit.

look around online and in your library for fitness training for volleyball players. I apologize but I have misplaced all of my resources in the few years since I have played competitive volleyball.

When I was 13 jumping high was near the bottom of my list. Getting girls was number 1. Get your priorities in order kid.

one thing man....i'm a baller....i play competitive basketball.....
if i could dunk it, block other people, that would catch the attention of the girls

Nice copy and paste job.

But seriously, google is your friend. My cousin plays basketball and has even gone to University of South Florida to play (Check my location...). He did dips and calf muscle excerises as far as I know.
