How to keep three times speed in edurance races?

hi guys, my first post in this forum!

I know how to set 3 times speed in b spec mode but when my b'spec goes into pit, the three times speed cancelled. How can i keep it at 3 times speed even if my b'spec pits?
 
Once it goes for a pit stop, you have to do "x3" by yourself again. Yeah I know, it sucks, especially for the 24 hour races
