How to look around in Cockpit View

Hey Guys. I was trying to post my question in the translation thread but as soon as I refresh the page, my post disappears??????
Anyway: Can someone please tell me how to look around in Cockpit View? I saw someone doing it on a youtube Video but I can't figure out how to do it.

If you are using the sixaxis i think it's this

Hi there.

Should this work on the original Japanese demo?

I've tried it based upon the picture but I don't seem to have the same Japanese text in the options.
