By doing what a certain room/club does, which is by miles the best room/club I've found in all online GT6.
I wont give the name of this club but I'll tell you guys what they do.
I highly recommend you all to read this carefully, esp the ones who dont know what to do in GT6.

Create an online lobby and set up a race with the following:
-Set a track (either set it yourself, or vote)
-Depending on the distance, put in a number of laps to reach about 20-25 minutes (normally its 13 or 15 laps)
-Enable maximum tyre wear and fuel consumption
-Force 1 stop with tyre compound change.
-Variable weather in any track that has it, change to about 40 variability, and weather at the start is 50.
So there it is the first step, set up a race when everyone must do at least 1 stop (or maybe more) so it involves strategy, so the race has to have a decent number of laps that make the tyres wear off.
Let's continue...
Other general racing settings are:
-Boost off
-Damage off
-Penalties low
-Slipstream low for road cars and real for race cars
-Grip real
-End of race time 90 seconds
Next: Choosing CARS (this is the most important bit)
First of all choose between road and race cars. Usually road cars is better because you have a much larger collection.
-Randomly select a minimum weight, that should not be low, because if its low, tires would last too much.
-Randomly select maximum power depending on the weight. Dont select 100hp if you have 1500 kg of weight, the cars would be too slow...
So, lets forget the highly flawed PP system.
-Next: select transmissions available. Always allow FF just in case someone doesnt have anything else. And FF is usually weak with tyre wear on anyway.
-Select YEAR (thats important too, because you tend to use most of cars) so its 60 or lower, 61-70, 71-80, 81-90, 91-00, and 01-05, 06-10, and 11 or higher, and those are considering the quantity of cars in each years.
-Select best tyres allowed: depending on the car and weight, you would want some kind of tyre or another. Choose tyres to make stints last half the distance more or less.
Another very important thing: Nitrous ON!! This adds yet another dimension to races, and adds another strategy point on where/when to use it and how.
Finally. Aids: Up to the user, you can turn them on or off.
Obviously tuning is allowed. Learn to tune cars, its not hard, and you will get many benefits!

And we're done.
Endless fun if you do this.
It seems a lot of stuff to do but it really isnt. Try it for yourself.
Yeah, you need to buy a lot of cars, the more cars you have the better. Thats what the game is about isnt it?
