How to purchase more special paint DLC?

Thought this would be the best place to ask this. Freind wants more DLC paints but cant seem to work out how to do it. Tried PS STORE and GT5 install list on main menu buts says it cant be done. I bought a second set of DLC paints with the old PS STORE. How can he do it with the new one?
