How to receive friend gift items

Maybe this is a bug, but my friend has sent me 3 items.

I see them in the Community--Gifts section and I click the X button to receive all, but the button only makes the noise, does not do anything else, if I click the individual items GT5 prompts me to "add to list" but the cars don't appear on the Car delivery transporter!

Also a bit of a different and unrelated to GT5 directly,but I can get into PS3 Safe mode, but I can't then sync my controller after the "insert USB cable" prompt, what do?

I got that same problem when GT5 released,when I click button items just stay on list....But I messed bit my savegame and that was reason..

Thank you, I take it my save game is hosed then?!

Is there a fix, or do I have to start again? (Not nice as have got to L29A and L26B

If I remeber right I just deleted items on list and then I can receive normaly my gifts 👍 Never started GT5 again :lol:
 
you can win individual car horns... and give them as gifts...

Think of the old Ferrero Rocher Advert...

"Wow you're really spoiling us with these tacky tinfoil wrapped cheap chocolates..."
