How to record Arcade mode online times?

I must be missing a setting, but I can't seem to use arcade mode where it stores my times and compares them with others? I was successful at this 2 weeks ago, but can't seem to do it again. I swear that I entered Arcade mode, chose time trials and GT5P just strated recording and letting me view my times. When I go bak in now, I see the list of times from 2 weeks ago, but it won't store my current times. Can anyone point me to what I might be doing wrong?
 
You will also have to save Prologue (asuming autosave is turned off).

Maybe your internet is not connecting?

check your signed in.
 
It won't register laps whit wall contact and off-track excursions. When you hit a wall or run off, the lap timer will turn red, and that lap will not count.

If you're connected to the PSN, and your lap is clean and a new personal best for that car/track/physics, it will register when you exit the TT, and go back to the mechanic's screen. The pop-up box will tell you where exactly you ranked.
