Originally was a thread asking how to do this but I found a solution, so post edits from now on.
Disregard. For those who get "PS Store is unavailable in your country", here's the solution:
"https://store.playstation.com/accounts/security/resetPassword.action?token=...."
This is the link you'll get on your email to change you password. The "..." bit will be the number of the token you have. So you copy the link, and replace "security" with "reset".
You can now change your password and use the PSN again.
New link will look like this:
"https://store.playstation.com/accounts/reset/resetPassword.action?token=...."
