How to reduce image fuzziness?

I've posted something like this before, but it was dealing with "blur" due to down sizing an image. Now I'm having the same blur problem except due to enlarging an image. Here's what I'm dealing with:

It's a screen cap from youtube that I saved in gimp. The quality isn't actually that bad here, but if it's easy to fix then it'll save me some eye strain.
 
Some of that is not fixable to my knowledge since certain edges of the notes have been warped out of shape via shifted pixels.

As for dealing with blur, I go to filter > sharpen > unsharp mask.
Turn the radius to either 0.2 or 0.3.. the latter being significantly stronger. First do 0.2 and then play around with the Amount. Threshold just softens your sharpening so you don't exactly want to turn that up too much (if any at all).
 
Yeah, unfortunately you are never going to adequately improve it enough without having to remake the whole thing. Increasing the sharpness will improve it a little but it'll never be the same again.
