how to reload account

i tried doing what people say and i messed up i think

backed up account to usb stick bought and gifted a car to my son to get back when reloaded account
deleted account but then i deleted the game utility part when i reloaded account no pics of cars in account but money there and writing of cars there and then it wants to update the game because it wont go online after updating 3 updates 1 hour it says memory insufficent and wont start the game do you know where i went wrong
should i not have deleted the game utility
help im stuck cheers

Shouldn't have. You can get your car pics back by selecting them and regenerating the thumbnail from the context menu.
