How to save backup?

I dont know if im just being stupid but how exactly do i bacvkup my save game? i have 5.1million most of a spec complete. I would likemto back up to USB but where is the option to do this? I have tried in the PS3 XMB and there is no option to copy to USB only to another user.

And in Gt5 options theres no 'backup save' that i can see. Please help!
 
You need a USB drive. Plug it in and when you try to copy, it will copy to there
 
Yes under the saved game data.

Locate the file, press the triangle button and the menu will appear.
Copy it to the USB...........saved.
