How to save "Club Owner Settings" in GT Community?

There is an option to use Saved Settings for a Club Event but the list is empty. I tested settings in lobby and saved them but cannot understand how to save them to the "Club Owner Settings" category?

What am I missing?

(yea, I tried to google about it...)
 
Nevermind, found it. Event Settings or something and go from there to copy as Club Owner Setting
 
I was wondering this too. Thanks!
