How to take a back cover off a SE w300i?

As many of you know, i have a Sony Ericsson w300i. This night, one of my friends called me. After that, ALL my files on my memory stick got deleted. The Stick is still inside the phone and it dosent read it at all. So i want to get the Stick out of there and see whats wrong with it. BUT. There is a HUGE problem. I cant take the back cover off :( Ive tried every other forum and searched around. But i found a few places but they all dont help. My plastic cover has dents in it from me trying to open the cover up... Can anyone help take it off? Or any answers to HOW the Stick died? And do i need another phone, or Stick? Please reply quickly. Thanks

Nope. The MS stick started working again. But it takes a long time to load than it was :( I hit the phone kinda hard and then the stick worked again...
 
lol, sorry. didn't notice your problem. (kinda replied late at night) Well maybe your phone is just too old or that your memory stick has too much data. How many MB/GB is your memory stick? Did you put any new software that might actually make the phone lag? For me its usually the memory card thats giving the problem, not the phone.
 
Hmm i bought the phone back in about Feb so it cant be phone age. I have a bit of software but only games. The stick is never full either... My Stick is 256mb btw
 
Can your phone support 256mb? Cause maybe exceeding the memory limit that causes the memory card to lag? My brothers S700i can only use 128mb MS max. Maybe some of your games or songs causes the problem. I had too many songs on my phone last time, and my phone lagged a lot! Then i like remove most of the songs and my phone now is okay....
 
Lol my phone memory is something like 18 mb or so, thats not full at all. My Stick memory is 256mb. It kinda works now. But it only works like half the time or so when i want it to
