I saw a few message at the beginning, clicking "'OK" at all...but no transfered made...Do i have to restart the game to transfer my gt3 to gt4 or i can make it even if i start the game with no transfer...

"Sorry for my english...i speak mostly french"

In your Home screen in one of the icons (maybe "Status", but I am not sure) there are directions on how to do it. You do not have to start over.

go into game status and press the START button and it will take you through the options... worked for me. 👍
