How to tune Corvette c7 '14 HELP PLEASE

Hi, I desperatly NEED help tuning my two cars on GT6, Can you help me out ? I have a Corvette C7 '14 and SRT Viper GT '13, Can you PLEASE list off ALL the things I need to buy for them both, and the settings they need to be on. Im only hitting 230 with the Corvette, It has 800 HP and the Viper I hit 245 and it has 1000 HP; PLEASE HELP ME.
 
Tuning for what main purpose?
Just top speed?

It very much depends on what you're trying to achieve here...
 
If you are looking for top speed, add all the power you can, reduce the weight as much as possible. Install the adjustable transmission and set the top speed very high, remove any toe or camber on the suspension, remove any wings or down force or set it as low as you can. Drive it and see what you get, adjust the top speed and/or final drive as needed from there

The vette should definitely be faster than 230, I haven't tried it myself for top speed but I did hit 225 on a Lemans race in it with only a small amount of upgrades
 
Yeah, I need top speed, I've bought everything I can for both cars, and there still toping at 230 and 245
 
I'm not sure what your issue with the C7 is? I just bought one and changed the oil, added all of the tuning items, lowered the cars suspension, set the top speed to max, and turned off all aids and was able to achieve 287 MPH at Route X.

After changing the oil and adding all of the power upgrades you should be at 920 HP. I'm sure I can get more out of it if I tuned it.
 
My C7 has 937hp and my top speed was 348mph on Route X
 
And my buddy mysupragophew has an ACR that he got to like 480mph
