How to turn off all the in car data

How do I turn off all the info when I'm in in-car view, ie. lap counter, opponent positions, etc?
I would like it to look like I am driving a car, rather than flying an F-18 with a HUD!
Ideally I would like nothing on the screen, but if the speedo/tach have to stay it won't be that bad.
But the rest of this HUD data is just annoying.

You can't turn off anything except the map... at least for now.
