How to unlock all photomode locations

I have seen many different locations n photomode that I don't have. I have a couple like the red bull hanger but I don't know how to unlock them all or even what their names. What are they and how do I unlock them and what are their names?

I tried searching but the search function on my iPod isn't that great for some reason.
 
You unlock a few through the gran tour speciel event
