There isn't anything "inside" a ticket. When you use it the game will randomly generate a car based on what kind of ticket it is. Which is why you can save and reload and get a different car from the same ticket.

That said, if you're asking how to use tickets then you go into the Items menu (a suitcase in the left hand icon panel of GT Life). From there you'll be able to gift, use or delete tickets.
