How we can recreate the .vol file?

How we can recreate the .vol file? I made my combined playlist mod for Spec II and put my .ads files in the extracted directory, edited the playlist file, packaged it with GT4FS, I used GT4_ONLINE method and nothing appears except the black screen.

(EDIT: I fixed it with using HostFS Method)
