If you have seen the GTA 3 commercial then I was wonderin how you get that White Banshee with the Blue stripe....I tried Pay N Spray for about `10 mins and never got it.....Is this car left out of the game or something?

One thing I would like to know is: in my guide for GTA3 is shows a BLUE COP CAR in some of the pictures. I'VE NEVER SEEN NO BLUE COP CAR. Has anybody else?
I noticed in the guide that alot of things are wrong. On some of the maps it shows hidden things that aren't really there, and all the numbers are wrong for the taxi and cop missions. It does help out though. It just makes me mad. I think they made the guide before the game was released and they did some last minute changes to the game, like the cop car thing.
I don't get it though. They even had the white banshee in the latest egm. Why do they still have it if it doesn't exist. I remember on the official rockstar site, they were at first meaning to make it as a lotus rip-off. I want a lotus.
