Hello guys. My HP wireless keyboard has completely stopped working. I was watching a movie with my gf so I put it near the edge of the bed. When I moved it got knocked off (about 1 foot drop) I thought nothing of it and put it back, tried to use it an hour or so later and it wouldnt work. The wireless USB reciever picks up absolutely nothing (still works with mouse). I tried changing batteries etc. and I am not sure what I can do. I opened it and looked at the inside, didn't see anything obviously broken. No rattles etc.
I.T. kings of GTP, what can I do? I hate using this crappy Dell wired keyboard, I miss my mute and media buttons
It has had this kind of small impact hundreds of times surely, with nothing affected whatsoever. The keyboard model is HP KG-0636
