HP Question

You know when you drive a car for a certain number of miles the HP goes up? I've realized this part, but I have a question about when you drive it so much that it starts to decrease, will the HP ever go below what the car started with? (Like the 787B, starts with 690hp, but after driving a long ways, will it ever go below that number?)

Yes it will. After your finished with about 5 races (15 laps) the oil in your car becomes old and dirty. This lowers your hp. If you neglet to change it your hp will continue to drop. But once you change the oil your hp is back to new. You can change the oil of a car where you get is washed and change the wheels/rims.
