Isn't one enough for you?! You could always make a secondary account and trade cars to yourself, that way you can always have as many of a certain model as you desire!

I don't think you can put sirt tires underneath it.

I think you mean DIRT TYRES ... and yes, you can put them and even snow tyres underneath the HPA.
