Ok i got a question. I was messing with my computer and set it from 60hrtz?? to 75. Is that ok is it bad, what??

It's refering to your monitor's refresh rate.

Setting it from 60 to 75 is far from bad, it's actually a very good thing. Recommended is 72Hz or above, higher being better. Below 72Hz can cause headaches and the such.

That whole thing doesn't matter with LCD monitors, though. :dopey:
 
I believe that's just the screen refresh rate... simply, how fast the image on your screen gets updated. Higher is usually easier on the eyes (if it's too low, you'll get the infamous "flicker"), but I imagine it puts a bit more drain on the CPU or graphics card or GPU or whatever. That drain is almost always too little to notice though, so no, it's not "bad".
