HSV settings to achieve Nissan Penzoil Yellow?

Hi all
I am playing around with a load of different Penzoil liveries across my GTR fleet and find myself needing to block out a few parts using decals in the same colour as the standard Nissan Yellow paint that you can buy…

Only problem is I cannot for the life of me match the paint in colour editor.

I am hoping there is someone here who knows the HSV ratios. This is about as close as I can get.
any help much appreciated.

Decals will not match paint, once you view the car in better light it will reflect differently. Pick a color and lay a base decal over the whole car, then patch with the same color. Paint will always reflect light differently than decals.
 
Often you can get around patching areas with the depth and angle settings
