This exact Hummer was going to be in the console and PC versions of Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2012) but was removed for supposed licensing issues. It's only found in the Android and iOS versions of the game.

Sorry to be that guy, but whether a Hummer has half a convertible top doesn't matter one bleeping iota in a video game over an entirely metal-roof version.
