One thing that I was rather shocked to see done away with in GT6 is the power/regen gauge for hybrid and electric cars that GT5 had. This is particularly disappointing in light of the addition of the Fisker Karma and Tesla Model S.

Here it is in action in GT5 (lower left of the HUD, above the fuel/charge gauge):

 
Wait, they got rid of this? How do you keep track of the battery then? The fuel gauge?

Yep, it's just the fuel gauge to keep track of the batteries' state of charge. No way to know how much you're drawing from them under acceleration or putting back in under braking. :irked:
 
Just found this thread again, and realized it should be marked "DONE," as PD re-added energy monitoring a couple patches ago. Mods?
