I raised the DF level on my F686/M to 2.00F/3.00R. When I go on Super Speedway, the car is really impossible to control, it's likeit has no downforce at all, and it spins out like crazy  I would have thought this would allow me to go faster and give me more grip :(

I am not certain about this, cuz I have not tested it, but i always thought that DF had a max setting similar to ride height, and so anything over 255 would revert to zero, or perhaps to stock settings. Assuming that either case is true, U have way more df on the front than the rear.

AHA! So that would explain the rear end swapping around entering turn 1, thanks, I'll try it again.

Also, I need help trimming out my F1 car, I tried .10/.15 DF for the Test Course, but it is still too loose. I'm trying to reduce the drag on that as much as possible while it's still driveable, I guess I'll try .33/.50 next.

Interesting point...

While I can't confirm or deny that the DF values are cyclical, it would certainly be consistent with what I discovered with the power multiplier.

However, additionally the 0 DF code sometimes causes these effects as well - it seems some cars just don't like high DF values. 1.00/1.50 should be enough for anyone.
