I own a gameshark (I had a sharkport but my usb ports broke) I want to make some hybrid's but I need to know how to. I need a web site with instruction's or something. Please no one tell me to go to gameshark.com I gaurentee you that they don't have hybrid's at gameshark.com

heydu don't be suprised... I posted this topic on the general chatter board and like 3 people recomended gs.com

Thanks on the link though, that's exactly what I was looking for

****... I have a codebreaker version 4, I thought they could take gameshark codes... thanks for pointing out in that link that I can't.

Do you know where a place where I can learn to convert codes... Converting codes would be more helpfull if you could tell me where to find that, since I use my code breaker for more than this game.

I didn't test any of the codes yet... but im guessing i need to use the ones with the line "1c04" because when I tryed using gameshark codes they didn't work and they started with "00AE".

actually, the 1c04 codes are GS2 basecodes. Here is a sample list of codes for a Falcon XR8 hybrid in CB4:

Of course U don't need to use all of those codes, just the ones U want. A couple rules of thumb when hybriding with a GS or CB. Always use the color code with the body code, if your using the tranny code, use the gear ratio codes with it. NEVER SAVE YOUR GAME UNTIL YOU"VE GONE IN THE GARAGE AND TRIED THE CAR!

This code list was produced by MK's, so if U are using a PC, U can D/L it HERE . As far as codes other than hybrid codes, or for other games, TRY THIS . It's a bit tricky, but works pretty well once U get the hang of it.

Alright i did some simple converting using this and it worked on some codes (compared from gs.com and cb.com) some worked, but some master codes didn't work. Does it work on "m" codes or not.

Thanks heydu I see you help a lot of newbs like me in all of your link's.

ALso, do you know how people hack these codes. I want to hack some socom codes... but there is no built in tool like there was for my n64

im new to the hybrid scene. can u really race these superiorly modified cars in GT3. And how do u create them, can i use an AR2 V2?

Not sure about the master codes, do u need one for GT3. There should be one preloaded on the disc. Can't relly speak for everyone as far as hacking codes, I know every code my friends and I have created, has been by trial and error.

Their is one preloaded on the gt3 disc, but I was wondering for other games... i bought Tokyo Extreme Racer, there are no cb codes... I could convert the gs codes but it doesn't alow for "m" codes to be converted...

Got these at cmgsccc . They do CB codes.

If U check out the link I posted in my first post in this thread, and then check all of the links in that thread, it should explain a lot. Also, if U D/L MK's program, it will produce car code lists for Pal, just like the one I posted above for the CB.;)

hEYDU, UR ADVICE WAS EXCELLENT it really helped me out, now all i have to do is get tonnes more codes, cheers mate.

cool, glad I could help. As for getting more codes, U can either D/L MK's program to produce PAL code lists, or the link in one of those threads for the Parts department has tons of codes. U just have to substitute the Pal basecodes which U can get in the basecodes all versions link in there, with the basecodes in the other part charts. For instance, the code for an Altezza LM stage 3 turbo for NTSC are:

NTSC
Basecode-partcode
1C0413F8 - 4977A81C
1C0413FC - 2F2D5911

For PAL U would make it:

PAL
Basecode-part code
1C04BCF8 - 4977A81C
1C04BCFC - 2F2D5911

So notice the partcode,(the second part of each line) stays the same.
