Hybrid question

hey i'm new here and i know how people hate answering the same questions (happens all the time on ClubRSX.com) over and over, but i cant find this one:

is it possible to build Hybrid cars in GT3 using a GameShark2? I made a few in GT2, but had to have GameShark Pro. Any help and links to Hybrid help sites would be appreciated

I wouldn't mention gameshark on this board if I were you. It's almost a bad word here. :rolleyes:

I myself would love to make some hybrids in GT3. But I have yet to see any info on gt3 hybrids yet. I am beginning to think nobody is even working on them. Whoever found all those basecodes for GT2 has obviously dropped off the face of the earth.
 
Even if I were so inclined, I don't think that the GS2 is up to the task due to the lack of a memory editor (like the old GS Pro for the original PSX). And if you gotta hook your PS2 up to a PC to hack it, it's more hassle than it's worth, at least for those of us who have lives outside of gaming.
 
thanks for the help, i'm not sure if i'm going to get it right away then. I just wanted to start a new game with lots of money, build the hybrid cars then buy them with my current game. my current game is ~55% with beginner & 2nd level(forgot the name) finished off. I have about 100 cars, all of which are imports. thanks for the warm welcome :D
