It poared briefly when I went for a run today yet at my house, five miles away, there was nothing.

It is going to rain, and we didn't even was our cars. It has stormed the last week, every day. My dad washed his car on Sunday.

i am actually a wind-god, i already thought about blackmailing the airport.

whenever i start for a longer tour with my mountainbike, western direction down the river, the wind is coming from the west, against me. and the airplanes always start into the west as well, flying over me against the wind. but if i turn around after 40 kms, its does not take long for the wind to change direction completely as well. riding up the river, into eastern direction, the wind will go into the west and the airplanes will now fly over me in my direction again, this time approaching.

I've actually washed my car in the rain outside. It's really fun and it saves water. Make sure you know it's about to stop though.

Yes it is, but the rain still has some dirt in it. We don't have any acid rain though.
