Greetings and salutations to all, as a car enthusiast (to say the very least) I couldn't be happier to be here. Since the day I sampled GT 1 in Best Buy (I think) ages ago it changed my life, since then my passion for the series has only grown stronger.
I see there's a WRC forum, I'll most certainly be hanging around there. :D
However I didn't post this just to say "hi", I'm currently at 98.4%and I'm pretty sure it's because of the Time Trial thing, I heard that 3rd or better was all that was needed to fulfill that part of the game which is what I settled for. I got all the races in gold as well as the licenses (don't ask me how I got those)

as fer the lancia tar, i havent seen one but you can yoink one from the web, resize then up load it. tho i have heard somewhere you need 100 posts to have a custom job like that :/

Welcome here Stratos, I hope you become an active member at the forums. If you beat all the time trials in first, you have completed them, and you would've received a Panoz Esperante GTR-1...Maybe you have a few unfinished Simulation Mode races left behind...;)
 
Hi, Stratos, and welcome to GTP! Be sure to look up a member called UB57 who is a big Stratos fan as well.

In response to your question, you do need to get gold on all the Time Trials for 100%. Bronze is acceptable to pass the license tests only, TTs must be completely beaten.

I double-checked and all races in sim mode are done, I did notice a slight delay bringing up the list of cups when selecting a league. :confused:
I'll just have to bust my b@lls to get those TT in first, I'm pretty sure that's the last step towards 100%
I found a decent pic of the Stratos too on that site, thanks ving.
 
Hey S.S., welcome! I had a deep blue Lancia in GT 2 (Was it a Stratos, a Beta?...Can't remember) I loved that car, wish I could've gotten more than 401 HP though. I lost more than I won in that car, but it sounded good & handled great! Cute li'l thang!

yeah hi man, i totally love it here, hope u enjoy it as much as everyone one else :P

i used to struggle with the TT's but then i realised that my times would improve DRAMATICALLY if i kept tyre screaching down to a minimum. sometimes it feels like you are going slower but if you take a racing line and drive as fast as you can without the tyres screaching you will get them. watch the demos and keep racing. goodluck!

I swear I've never been so tense going down the front straight of the Complex String (that's was the last one I had to do)
I didn't even want to peek at the time I was making on route to the finish line, I did 4:49.xxx my eyes just went :eek: (for real)

btw that complex string time trail is a killer....

ur going round the final corner, glance at the clock, u think "oooh i gonna make it:)" then... *BAM* straight into the wall...oh the humanity :(

no actually spam was made during wwII i believe for the United States Soldiers...that could be wrong but thats what i though i saw on the history channel.
