And there is a home depot less than 500 yards from me.

Could have hand delivered most all the stuff you needed.

true, but I don't need it anymore (I'm leaving it open at the top to let the gas out and just measuring the water level; not to mention that my parents would have a fit if they learned you came to our house...)

Actually, what wound up happening last night was that my mom came home and told me to use one of her glass bowls (it was working better than my abnormally large plastic bag). Anyway, I had to burn some sealant off the electrodes before they'd work at all, and presented today (the electrodes actually worked best while I was presenting, generating a foam rich of hydrogen and oxygen gas). Temperature wasn't a problem, and I got a pretty good grade (I still need to make my poster though, and I'm gonna have to make my own graphics for it). Also, I used a quote of Famine in my abstract for the project, so thanks for that. I'm gonna have to do a couple more experiments for the project that was due hours ago, but I think I'll be all set. Thanks for your help, guys...

I honestly dread to think of what that quote was...

Rate of electrolysis should be directly proportional to the square of the electrode's surface area.

I tried printing it in your traditional indigo color, but the printer decided to be gay and printed it in light blue...

Purple is just a color, and that has no relevance here (Famine types in Indigo, not Purple. Can you see the difference?
