Please read the stickies that are found on the top on the forum, and look at the "Drift Settings Depot that is found floating around the first page.
You'll get most of the stuff your asking for there.

You may also like to look at the "GT4 Drift Reference" by Swift and Tankspanker.
Welcome to GTP Sanagi.

Now I'm just in the mood to give you a quick start so:
-Skyline is great, but no good way to learn how to drift with countesteer, and I think you SHOULD be able to do that, so I'd recomend a Silvia Spec C Aero or another Silvia.
-There are dozens of settings in the drift settings depot that give you a quick basic tune start, but you'll have to tune the little bits to your own preference, see the guide of TankSpanker and UNDERSTAND IT!
-Then DON'T use the handbrake, it's something that doesn't give you any challenge, so that's not something to be really proud of, so don't start with it. The settings you may choose will probably be enough to get you into a slide while feinting or just power-sliding (just turn in and accelerate).
-You should be practicing a while cause a switch between a 4WD car and a FR car is enormous, so you'll have to gain some experience in the timing and your countesteer.
-I recomend Apricot Hill to start of, but that's a bit personal, you may like Midfield, Deep Forest, Tsukuba, Trial Mountain, or something else. But I think the first corners of Apricot Hill are good basic corners that you can try to link (some basic things you must be able to do)

Now about the practice, it may sound easy to say:" you've got to practice:dunce: " but it learns you to time, and that's about the one thing that makes a drift good or makes a drift fail: so practice makes your drifts good:idea:

Just had to post this although there are many threads already explaining this, I just wanted to help for once, instead of posting ANOTHER link:D:tup:

Sanagi, I'm confused. You send me a PM asking about driving aids appox one hour after posting this thread. If you sent me a PM, then you must've seen my signature. If you've seen my signature you saw the big link to the drift reference. This is where all of your questions would've been answered including the one you asked in this thread.

We have some very nice members here that decided to go ahead and help you out. That's great! :) We're here to help. However it's always nice to do a bit of research before asking questions like this. Check out the reference, settings depot and other threads in the stickys. They will be very helpful in getting you started. If you have a more pointed question that you're not able to find the answer to, feel free to come and ask. So...

With that I bid you good luck and good day..
