I can only use PayPal on the Fanatec site?

This isn't good.

I've never used Paypal and don't really want to use it.

I've always used my credit or debit card to make purchases in the past.Why can't i do this for the Fanatec Site as well?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this question.

edit...FWIW, I bought and downloaded NetKar Pro and it uses PayPal or an option for non-paypal buyers to buy the game as a 'paypal guest.' NKP is a one-man show IIUC so there hopefully will be non-paypal options to buy from Fanatec?
 
Nope that is it.There are no other options except for PayPal.

I'm trying to get the Porsche 911 GT2 Wheel and CSR Pedals.

Here i'll copy and paste what it says on the Payment options.

"This is currently the only payment method available to use on this order.
Payments by credit card are also possible without an own PayPal account."

Even though it says it's possible,there are no options for it.


EDIT: I did send an E-mail asking if i could order over the phone.I really don't want to do that either,but if you can this will be the only other option i'm afraid.
 
I bought my stuff via bank account.
I didn't pay by PayPal since my country isn't supported by it, I paid directly to Endor's bank account, so it is possible.
 
You don't need a Paypal account to take advantage of sites that accept Paypal. Look around, there's an option to enter your CC if you don't have an account.

I am a bit unfamiliar in how to do this.How exactly do i do this when the site doesn't have any other options but paypal.

Sorry for the question.I've never had to do this before so i don't know how to work around this.

Don't be.....it's safer than an etailer that requires your credit card info. I've been using PayPal for over 10 years primarily for buying on eBay and have 400+ transactions under my belt using PayPal for sending or receiving money.......never had one problem.

Ms Claudia from Fanatec made me a quotation and sent me via email, so I printed it and took it to the bank where I paid.
I got my stuff 7 days later, same as if I had ordered via webshop.

The upper part of the form is for adding your log in details in case you have a Paypal account. The bottom link is to enter your CC details if you don't have one.

I didn't really think about that.

I was kind of afraid to finish the order since i didn't have a paypal account.Now i know i can finish it and hopefully put in my details.I'm going try this real quick and see where it gets me.

Wait, so can somebody clarify this for me? so now I can do the same procedure when it comes to shopping on eBay?

Asking this because, it would be nice without having to pay with paypal and wait for 3-5 day transaction activity. But instead using it for selling and transferring the money from items sold into my debit card.
 
I have another question.

I made the order last night and I know that I only made one order,but it is showing 2 orders?

On one of the orders is has the order number and it says Paid beside of it.

On the other order, which has a different order number,it says Processing beside of it.

It's got me a bit confused since it has 2 different order numbers.Did it just charge me for two orders?

Regarding your double orders, I can't help with that. Hopefully someone who's actually purchased something from the Fanatec webshop'll come and help.

I don't do much online purchases so this order was one of those once in a blue moon type deals.

I did send a e-mail to Fanatec about the issue so if I did order twice for some reason hopefully they will fix it.I also sent them an e-mail yesterday and had a reply when i got home from work so I was surprised in how quick the reply was.

I think if you go into your paypal account and put a debit or credit card down as a secondary payment method you will find your payment transactions go through in a day. Think it because if they can't get it from your bank account they will hit your card for it.

Hi,

Quick question.....I'm looking to purchase the CSR Wheel value pack. As this is a pre-order, due to ship on 7th December, does anyone know if Fanatec will debit my account now or when the wheel is shipped?

Just wondered if anyone else has ordered the value pack?
